All of our products are made to order. Delivery times vary by product, but generally take approximately 10–14 business days. After your order is placed, you can check the estimated delivery date in the email we send you.

For deliveries to Europe and North America, depending on the product, orders may arrive approximately 5 business days earlier than the delivery time to Japan stated on our website.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region. Shipping to the continental United States and Europe is a flat rate of JPY 850 (Japanese yen). For all other countries and regions, please check the applicable shipping fee at checkout.

As all products are made to order, changes to size, color, or cancellations may not be accepted after your order has been placed.

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or other customer-related reasons. Please check the size chart and other product information on each product page before placing your order.

Returns, exchanges, or reshipments are only available if the item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you receive the wrong item.

Conditions: Please contact us through our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective, we will ask you to provide photos so that we can verify the issue.

Return Shipping: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Most of our apparel products are based on US/EU unisex sizing. To avoid ordering the wrong size, please check the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

If you are unsure which size to choose, we recommend searching online for the size chart of a brand you usually wear and comparing the measurements. This can make it much easier to get an idea of which size will fit you best.
